May we present our new training partner in Cape Town! Matt Fisher fom Life Choices is the new director of the GREEN Solar Academy Cape Town. Antje and Matt signed the contract already in December 2019. Now in March the first training at the new venue takes place. Salesian Life Choices usually provide services in the field of Family Stability, Health, Education, Leadership Skills and Employment -and now solar energy!
We are still in terms of preparing the facilities but will be able to present a completely new training roof and workshop area soon. We can’t wait to welcome the first solar training particpants in March and to share some more pictures.
On 9-13th March we will offer the SuperSolarSchool in Cape Town, our famous comprehensive 5-day training, at the new venue. It is a SAPVIA endorsed training for PV GreenCard installers. After the course you will know the basics of solar energy, how it works and how PV systems can look like, what components are needed and how to select them. Also, practical installation is part of the training. We are using Candian Solar Modules and Fronius and Victron inverters with MD Solar batteries to simulate real client installations.
